Can I get a sample product?

Can I get a sample with my logo printed on it?

Yes! at an extra charge we can arrange a pre-production sample and send it to you.

How will my design look on the product and where will it be printed?

Before decoration begins we will provide you with a virtual proof showing how and where the design will be placed on the product for your approval.

What if I dont like the sample product or proof?

A refund for the main order can be arranged. The cost of any samples may be charged.

How long will it take?

Once the proof has been approved production lead time starts. Please refer to estimated despatch date. If you have a deadline please discuss this with us first.

    Artwork Requirements

    In order to proceed with a virtual mock up, we need a vector file in either .ai, .eps, .pdf file format of your logo/artwork. If you are unsure what this is, please refer to the information below. Your printer or graphic designer will be able to supply the correct file

    Accepted Vector File Types

    .PDF, .AI, .EPS, .SVG

    Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps. Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images

    Not Accepted File Types (This may delay mockup production)

    .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, .BMP, .PSD

    Following files cannot be used to print. Only exception is for digital print. Image files need to be 300dpi or more

    Don't have the correct vector files?

    You can still upload the Art files you have and our team will come back to you with options to redraw the logo.
