Before decoration begins we will provide you with a virtual proof showing how and where the design will be placed on the product for your approval.
What if I dont like the sample product or proof?
A refund for the main order can be arranged. The cost of any samples may be charged.
How long will it take?
Once the proof has been approved production lead time starts. Please refer to estimated despatch date. If you have a deadline please discuss this with us first.

Artwork Requirements
In order to proceed with a virtual mock up, we need a vector file in either .ai, .eps, .pdf file format of your logo/artwork. If you are unsure what this is, please refer to the information below. Your printer or graphic designer will be able to supply the correct fileAccepted Vector File Types

Both the sleeve and base can be branded in stunning full colour. Eden has an on-trend bamboo lid with a matching braided carry handle and matching binding in the sleeve. Borosilicate is a lightweight glass which is exceptionally strong and shatter-resistant. Glass is a natural choice for a clean, pure taste and is a safe and reusable plastic alternative. A production lead time of 25 working days applies to the sleeve. This product is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.
