Before decoration begins we will provide you with a virtual proof showing how and where the design will be placed on the product for your approval.
What if I dont like the sample product or proof?
A refund for the main order can be arranged. The cost of any samples may be charged.
How long will it take?
Once the proof has been approved production lead time starts. Please refer to estimated despatch date. If you have a deadline please discuss this with us first.

Artwork Requirements
In order to proceed with a virtual mock up, we need a vector file in either .ai, .eps, .pdf file format of your logo/artwork. If you are unsure what this is, please refer to the information below. Your printer or graphic designer will be able to supply the correct fileAccepted Vector File Types

• Dishwasher safe excluding the bamboo lidPlease note: The accompanying elastic strap may interfere with your imprint, depending on imprint method, size and placement within the max imprint dimensions. If this product is engraved the colour and texture will vary from piece to piece due to the nature of the material.
Please note: The layer under the wood is meant to be used as the small cutting board unless the wood is printed with food safe ink or laser engraved.
We can laser engrave however please note no two products will have the same outcome. We encourage Food Grade Ink, which is FDA approved.
