Before decoration begins we will provide you with a virtual proof showing how and where the design will be placed on the product for your approval.

What if I dont like the sample product or proof?

A refund for the main order can be arranged. The cost of any samples may be charged.

How long will it take?

Once the proof has been approved production lead time starts. Please refer to estimated despatch date. If you have a deadline please discuss this with us first.

Pad Print

Resin Coated Finish
This CMYK branding process is produced by printing artwork onto a vinyl material with strong adhesive on the reverse. The branded area is then coated with a crystal-clear resin. Once dry, the finished decal is applied to the product and the adhesive forms a permanent bond.

Artwork Requirements

In order to proceed with a virtual mock up, we need a vector file in either .ai, .eps, .pdf file format of your logo/artwork. If you are unsure what this is, please refer to the information below. Your printer or graphic designer will be able to supply the correct file

Accepted Vector File Types

.PDF, .AI, .EPS, .SVG

Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps. Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images

Not Accepted File Types (This may delay mockup production)

.JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, .BMP, .PSD

Following files cannot be used to print. Only exception is for digital print. Image files need to be 300dpi or more

Don't have the correct vector files?

You can still upload the Art files you have and our team will come back to you with options to redraw the logo.

The ball pen has a black large volume refill with 1800 metres of German manufactured Dokumental ink and a tungsten carbide ball for improved writing quality. The rolling ball pen has a refill with 1500 metres of black writing ink that will not dry out even if the cap isn’t replaced after use. The upper barrel of the ball pen and the cap of the rolling ball pen are manufactured from brass and laser engrave to a mirror finish.
