What if I dont like the sample product or proof?
A refund for the main order can be arranged. The cost of any samples may be charged.
How long will it take?
Once the proof has been approved production lead time starts. Please refer to estimated despatch date. If you have a deadline please discuss this with us first.

In order to proceed with a virtual mock up, we need a vector file in either .ai, .eps, .pdf file format of your logo/artwork. If you are unsure what this is, please refer to the information below. Your printer or graphic designer will be able to supply the correct fileAccepted Vector File Types

Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps. Convert text to outlines, embed any linked imagesNot Accepted File Types (This may delay mockup production)

Following files cannot be used to print. Only exception is for digital print. Image files need to be 300dpi or moreDon't have the correct vector files?
